2.2 Identity Verification. jilifish reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.
2.3 Jurisdictional Eligibility. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the jilifish Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. jilifish does not represent that the Platform is available or appropriate for use in all locations. Access from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited is strictly forbidden.
2.4 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to use the jilifish Platform:
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on jilifish. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. jilifish reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where false or misleading information has been provided.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilifish login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to notify jilifish immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account.
3.4 Account Ownership. Your jilifish account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party. You may not allow any other person to access or use your account.
3.5 Know Your Customer (KYC). jilifish may require you to complete identity verification procedures at any time, including but not limited to submission of a government-issued Philippine identification document, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may be restricted or suspended.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jilifish accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), and bank transfer to and from Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. jilifish reserves the right to modify minimum deposit amounts at any time with reasonable notice to players.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified on the Platform. jilifish reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits, subject to applicable limits.
4.4 Anti-Money Laundering. jilifish is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations in the Philippines. jilifish reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities and to withhold funds pending investigation where required by law.
4.5 Dormant Accounts. Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. jilifish reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy, as notified to players.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional offers made available by jilifish are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal limits. These specific terms are communicated at the time each promotion is offered.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. jilifish reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional benefit where it reasonably suspects that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using automated software to place wagers, or exploiting errors in game software or bonus calculations.
5.4 Promotion Eligibility. jilifish reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Promotions are intended for recreational players and jilifish may exclude any player from a promotion where it determines that the player does not meet the eligibility criteria.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the jilifish Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics.
6.2 Random Number Generation. All jilifish casino games use certified random number generators (RNGs) to determine game outcomes. Game results are independently audited to ensure fairness and compliance with applicable standards.
6.3 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction or error affecting a game, jilifish reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. jilifish shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.
6.4 Disconnection Policy. jilifish is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection or technical failure on the player's side during gameplay. Players are advised to ensure a stable internet connection before commencing play.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilifish Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all funds:
8.1 All content on the jilifish Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design elements, is the property of jilifish or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of jilifish.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilifish shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
9.2 jilifish's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jilifish's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
10.1 jilifish collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10.2 jilifish may share your personal data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and financial institutions where required by applicable Philippine law, including for AML compliance purposes.

11.1 jilifish is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion to help players manage their gaming activity.

12.2 Upon termination of your account, any bonus funds will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification and AML checks.

14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process described above, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority or submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
